Kim Wilford, General Counsel of GoFundMe - involvement in Helbiz fraud

Kim Wilford, General Counsel of GoFundMe will join Helbiz's Board of Directors once the merger with GreenVision is finalized.

"I am impressed and inspired by the Helbiz management team. They have built a really wonderful environmentally and socially responsible company and I look forward to helping them navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead." - Kim says.

Actually, it's ridiculous. The Helbiz team raised money through ICO and token sale in 2018, cheated all investors, and built Helbiz. Is this wonderful and socially responsible?

What does it mean and how Kim involved in this:

Helbiz deceived all Helbiz coin holders, had cut off all conection with ICO. Helbiz build the project for money from tokensale and going to IPO. The Helbiz coin holders lost their money and suited Helbiz.

Nevertheless, Kim Wilford helps to Helbiz to do an IPO and praises Helbiz... It looks like:

- Kim Wilford has close ties with Helbiz to join them, despite of so unclear background
- Kim Wilford is dishonest persons that are ready to work with any scammers for a good salary
- Kim Wilford doesn't know about Helbiz background, so she has done a weak due diligence...?

So, make you conclusions!
